I work as a professional Realtor in Manhattan Beach and live with my husband Chuck and our son Teague. I love living where I work and will always love to live here. Following my graduation from University of Southern California, I worked in public relations and marketing. Becoming a Realtor has been a lifelong dream and a job I love doing every day.

Our son Teague goes to school at Mira Costa High School. All of the South Bay’s schools have great test scores and community involvement. Great schools is just another reason that I love living here and have pride in selling homes here. He’s off to college in the fall! We’ll keep you updated on Cal State Channel Islands! Go Dolphins!

I am a dedicated, full time Broker. I own my brokerage called The Holdren Group, Inc. I formerly worked with South Bay Brokers where I was consistently named “Top Producer”. I was driven to open my own brokerage in an effort to have more involvement with my clients, save them time and money and have more control over their transactions.

In addition to my work as a real estate agent in Manhattan Beach, I am working with a great team of brokers at Prudential Northwest Properties in Central Oregon, specifically Bend. Bend is another great place to live and a place that I am passionate about sharing with anyone!
